Students from Energy Engineering University of Padua visit Frascold

As a leader in the refrigeration industry, Frascold routinely works with some of the best research and engineering universities around the world. As part of our educational outreach here in Italy, we recently had the pleasure of hosting the students from the University of Padua’s Energy Engineering department.
Founded in 1222, The University of Padua is considered one of Italy’s premier universities. The students toured our advanced production and testing facility where they were able to witness the entire production process. From engineering to the production of components, assembly and final testing - everything is housed in our facility outside of Milan.

Frascold’s testing laboratory (TUV and UL certification) was of special interest, and students were able to observe testing underway on both piston and screw compressors. We would like to thank all the students and the University of Padua - in particular Professor Del Col for his welcome visit. We look forward to another visit next year.
