TECUMSEH CORPORATION is pleased to announce a strategic business restructuring through the merger of TECUMSEH BARENTIN into TECUMSEH EUROPE SA. This significant move is part of TECUMSEH's broader strategy to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen its competitive position in the market.

The merger aims to integrate the development, manufacturing, and sales capabilities of both companies into a unified entity under TECUMSEH EUROPE SA.
