Viessmann Kylmäjärjestelmät takes over Suomen Jääkylmä and FCool

Viessmann Kylmäjärjestelmät Oy takes over Suomen Jääkylmä Oy and FCool Oy and expands the range of refrigeration services for the Finnish customers. Suomen Jääkylmä and FCool are well-established refrigeration service companies in Finland covering a full range of installation and maintenance services. With the acquisitions and together with the strong local partner network Viessmann strengthens its service and turnkey solutions capabilities. Viessmann’s customers will have even stronger assurance of full support from Viessmann over the life cycle of their investments and that they can materialize on the benefits of Viessmann solutions in terms of sustainability and reliability.

Now we take a similar step in Finland and continue our strategy implementation together with the skilled teams of Suomen Jääkylmä and FCool”, says Frank Winters, CEO of Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions business area.

Founded in 2008, FCool Oy offers a full range of refrigeration solutions and services covering all areas of commercial refrigeration and cold storage construction. The company operates from Kuopio, Eastern part of Finland, and employs 14 refrigeration experts serving retail and industrial companies with their refrigeration solutions.

Suomen Jääkylmä Oy provides commercial and industrial customers with installation and maintenance services for refrigeration plants and cooling equipment for ac-systems. Both small and large scale refrigeration projects are managed by 25 employees and with over 16 years of experience the company has built a solid market position in South and West Finland.
