Sanhua has expanded its brazed plate heat exchanger (BPHE) product line with the launch of seven new models: S6C, B12, S20D, S65A, S114A, S120, and S200. These additions support a range of HVAC and refrigeration applications including chillers, heat pumps, boilers, and data center cooling.
The new S6C model features a compact structure and enhanced heat transfer, targeting use in small-capacity heat pumps, air heaters, and economizers for variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems. The B12 model is specifically developed for boiler applications, offering a heat transfer capacity up to 80 kW (approx. 273,000 BTU/h) with a double fishbone plate design.
The S20D can function as an evaporator, condenser, economizer, or desuperheater in chillers and heat pumps. It is also compatible with R290 systems and includes laser-welded connections. The S65A model, also suitable for R290, provides heat transfer capacities between 10 and 90 kW (approx. 34,100–307,000 BTU/h) and features a double asymmetric plate structure to reduce refrigerant charge.
The S114A is designed for use as an economizer in modular units and screw compressors and can also be applied in data center cooling. It offers a capacity range of 30–200 kW (approx. 102,000–682,000 BTU/h). Meanwhile, the S120 and S200 models are intended for water-to-water or water-to-ethylene glycol heat exchange in data centers, with capacities of 30–400 kW (approx. 102,000–1,364,000 BTU/h) and 80–600 kW (approx. 273,000–2,047,000 BTU/h) respectively.
All models are designed to comply with relevant regional standards including PED (EU), UKCA (UK), and UL (US).
