Sauermann has introduced two new digital manifolds, the Si-RM350 and Si-RM450, along with associated probes and accessories for use with refrigerant-based systems across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. The range supports heat pumps, air conditioning, refrigeration, and reversible systems.
The manifolds are compatible with A1, A2L, and A3 refrigerants and feature high-speed NTC temperature sensors. Key design elements include a durable anti-reflective glass screen and a rugged build for extended data logging. The system enables diagnostics and troubleshooting through a new application called Sauermann Pilot.
Each manifold is supplied with both wired and wireless probes capable of measuring temperature, pressure, vacuum, and psychrometric air parameters in indoor, outdoor, and duct environments. Wireless connectivity supports stable data transmission up to 100 m (328 ft). Temperature probes feature a redesigned clamp suitable for pipe diameters from 6 to 42 mm (0.2 to 1.7 in).
The range also integrates with connected tools including a load scale and vacuum pumps for tasks such as commissioning, inspection, and maintenance. All tools communicate with the manifolds and the Sauermann Pilot app, which is available on Android and iOS. The app supports remote control, live data display, campaign recording, compliance reporting, and customer data management.
The products are manufactured at Sauermann’s Montpon-Ménestérol site in France, which hosts the company’s R&D, production facilities, and metrology laboratories.
