Carrier Transicold’s official distributor in Latvia since 2010, COLDTRANS SERVISS, has opened a new refrigerated truck and trailer service facility in Riga, Latvia, improving proximity to customers and strengthening the high level of service support capabilities in the Baltics.
At the heart of the Baltics, the new 2,000-square-meter facility offers more space to host clients in larger and more comfortable rooms, along with a larger warehouse with improved parts management and enhanced safety measures.
“The service area has tripled in size, we’ve increased our number of gates, and the spare parts and units storage now has more capacity,” said Jevgenijs Zabjalo, general manager, COLDTRANS SERVISS. “The facility also offers a driver waiting room, and the parking lot can accommodate 25 trailers, which is twice as many as today.”
COLDTRANS SERVISS decided to open the new service center of excellence to improve the customer experience and address rapid growth in the region.
