Condair announce the acquisition of Lufta s.r.l., its representative and partner in Milan for more than 50 years. It will continue its operations under the name of Condair s.r.l.
The acquisition is part of the continued move into promising geographic markets for Condair as well as the global strengthening of its manufacture and supply of humidification and evaporative cooling equipment, in particular its service business.
Condair s.r.l. will operate under the new leadership of Jérôme Terefenko. All staff members who previously worked for Lufta will remain with Condair.
