Swegon has acquired LaminAir AG, a Swiss distributor of room unit products for air distribution. The acquisition strengthens Swegon’s position in Switzerland and expands its product offering.
LaminAir will continue to operate as a standalone company and retain its current organisation, including its local sales presence.
Founded in 1999, LaminAir has 11 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 100 million. Swegon said the company adds customer focus and service capabilities to its portfolio.
