SYCLEF has agreed a strategic partnership with Romanian commercial refrigeration specialist Unicool Group, marking its first direct presence in Romania. The transaction supports SYCLEF’s expansion strategy in Central and Eastern Europe and remains subject to approval from the Romanian Competition Council and the Commission for the Examination of Foreign Direct Investments.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Cluj County, Unicool Group comprises Unicool Instalatii Frig and Acsa Coolteam. The group specialises in commercial refrigeration in the Romanian market.
The founders will remain shareholders in both companies and will continue to lead their management and strategic development.
