Refindustry.com now runs on an entirely new platform. The move was completed on 27 July 2026, and every part of the site has been rebuilt: the news feed, the article pages, the events calendar, the company directory and the magazine archive.
A simpler structure
The site is now organised around five sections: News, Insights, Events, Companies and Magazine. Sections that were rarely used have been retired, so the material people actually read takes fewer clicks to reach.
A feed built around your topics
Signed-in users get a For you view: the news feed narrowed to the subjects they actually work with.
The topic list has been rebuilt and grouped three ways.
By technology: CO2, ammonia, propane, refrigerants, heat pumps, chillers, components.
By market: industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration, cold chain, data centres, air conditioning, pharma.
Across the industry: regulations, energy efficiency, digital and AI, skills.
Pick as many as you like in your account, and the feed follows them from then on. If you work in CO2 transcritical systems and never touch air conditioning, your feed can reflect that.
If you already had an account: set a new password
Your account and your newsletter subscription have been carried over. For security reasons passwords were not carried over to the new system, so you will need to set a new one before you can sign in.
It takes one email address and nothing else: https://refindustry.com/account/?mode=forgot
Enter the email you registered with, and follow the link we send you. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before trying again.
If you do not have an account yet
Registering takes a minute and opens two things: the daily industry briefing by email, and the For you feed built around the topics you choose.

What comes next
This is the first release, not the finished platform. Further improvements are already in progress and will roll out gradually over the coming months. If something looks wrong, or a link that used to work no longer does, write to info@refindustry.com. We read every message.
