11th to the 13th of October, during Chillventa, international HVAC&Refrigeration specialists visited the exhibition site in Nuremberg. Over 32,000 visitors came to get information on 982 exhibitors. Some made a find at the Sanhua exhibition stand. In Hall 7A, the worldwide manufacturer of control systems and components for HVACR applications presented itsproducts and brands on an area of 165 m² divided on two floors. Hundreds of visitors explored both the new products and the classics and got to meet the team. The second day of the exhibition, in a relaxed atmosphere at the highly visited Fusion party, Sanhua offered anopportunity for networking.
“The Chillventa is an important barometer for a particular business and the branch, as well as an important platform for the exchange of expertise. That is why our performance was successful. Our team presented our newest products and our brand in front of a large, multicultural, expert audience. At the Chillventa, we have gained numerous pieces of inspiration and potential new, worldwide partnerships and projects, which are now part of our daily operations,” stated Ilan Peleg, General manager of Sanhua International Europe.
Sanhua staged itsexhibition in the most original way. Products were presented and demonstrated within cut-away models of a refrigeration cabinet and a hot-water heating pump, including a digital presentation on a 3D touchscreen. By touching the respective pictures on the touchscreens, the visitors were, in a few minutes, informed about the components and controls. Also, they could browse for more information about the company and its achievements. This way, visitors got to experience the brand as well as its wide range of components and controls via the exhibits, 3D-tools and high-tech, live as well as digitally. Via a 3D-headset, Sanhua gave a virtual presentation of the headquarter and production facilities in China to the guests.
One of the product highlights was the microchannel heat exchanger - MCHE. It was presented as an evaporator and condenser in its A–form and its various sizes. Visitors were allowed to hold the models. This way they could examine the microchannel structure, in which the light compact bodies lower the refrigerant consumption first-hand. At the same time, because of the improvements and higher heat transfer, MCHE achieves improved performance. The thermostatic expansion valves drew a lot of attention as well. New models ensure a longer durability, more efficient service and better performance. The innovative coil for the MDF solenoid valves, which can, because of its clever design, be installed in a matter of seconds, was also presented. Added to this were the new solenoid valves, 4-way reversing valves and electronic expansion valves, pressure sensors and much more. They are suitable for HFC (fluorinated hydrocarbons) refrigerants, CO2 and, most of all, flammable fluids such as R290 (Propane). They are used with the biggest brands in the automobile, household appliances and HVACR industry.

Big rush: During the three days of the trade fair, there was always a lot going on at the Sanhua exhibition. Numerous products were shown and were available for viewing and handling.

Exponents like this one made the solutions comprehensible and illustrated their advantages.
