Eurovent Certita Certification is recognised as a world leader in third-party product performance certification, for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) industry.

Certification ensures products live up to manufacturers claims. This builds trust between construction stakeholders, creates confidence in specifying and installing HVAC&R products, and reduces the risk in investing in sustainable technology.

Additionally, our energy efficiency label offers a clear and reliable solution to identify the energy efficiency of a product. Based on certified data, energy classes are from A+ to E and allow users to recognise products compliant with EU standards.

We certify product performances according to both European and international standards, via a stringent certification process which includes yearly factory assessment audits, software audits, and third-party product testing. Based on a voluntary approach, we certify over 40 programmes, including our flagship Eurovent Certified Performance mark, the NF mark, QB mark, Keymark, CE Trade Mark and MCS for Heat Pumps.

Eurovent Certita Certification holds a unique place in the industry. We are accredited as a certification body compliant with ISO/IEC 17065:2012 standard by COFRAC (Accreditation Nb 5-5017). Not only is the accreditation recognised throughout Europe by the EA, the European co-operation for Accreditation, but it is also recognised internationally by the signatories of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). COFRAC accreditation certifies our own competences as an inspection body, and shows we attain the highest standards of impartiality, fairness and integrity.
