Company profile CleanCold Technologies has developed a novel cooling and refrigeration process using vacuum-driven evaporation of water, resulting in a natural and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerant. The process involves atomizing water droplets at atmospheric pressure, vacuum-induced vaporization, heat transfer, and closed-loop cooling. A functional Proof-of-Concept unit has been constructed, and optimization of key performance indicators is underway. CleanCold aims to design, assemble, and test a Small Scale Prototype to confirm economically-viable operational parameters and prepare for Pre-Production Units. With significant potential benefits to society, including potential greenhouse gas emissions reductions, CleanCold's technology offers a promising alternative to high-GWP refrigerants like hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and hydrocarbons (HCs), which contribute to a substantial portion of global warming emissions. The commercial and industrial cooling and refrigeration markets, estimated at USD 45.5 billion and USD 119.8 billion, respectively, present a significant revenue potential for CleanCold's technology.
