The Industrial Refrigeration Network

The SCHAUFLER Academy is excited to host the inaugural Industrial Refrigeration Network Event this summer, a pioneering initiative focused on promoting natural refrigerants within the Industrial Refrigeration industry in Europe. Set to take place on June 6-7, 2024, this event aims to bring together key stakeholders from various sectors—including end-users, contractors, installers, consultants, planners, OEMs, and academia—to foster thought leadership, share innovative ideas, and strengthen industry collaborations. This unique gathering promises to be a cornerstone for future developments in the field of sustainable refrigeration solutions.

Venue: SCHAUFLER Academy, International training center of BITZER for refrigeration and air conditionin, Rottenburg am Neckar in Germany.


GOALS
  • To create a platform for thought leadership in Industrial Refrigeration within Europe
  • To partner with Industrial Refrigeration stakeholders: from end users; to contractors / installers; to consultants / planers; through to OEMs, as well as Academia
  • To host industry sponsored Expo-style Conference, for networking, where innovative ideas can be discussed and exchanged between the named stakeholder groups
  • To collaborate with likeminded associations, like IIAR and Eurammon in promoting the interests of natural refrigerants, with focus on Europe
  • To host a website as a resource for the Industrial Refrigeration stakeholders to share in the though leadership insights gained from the participants in the IRN.

KICK-OFF EVENT
  • Together with several European Industry Sponsors, an initial Expo-style Conferences has been planned for the 6th to the 7th of June 2024
  • The kick-off event will be hosted at the SCHAUFLER Academy in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, in Germany, by one of the Sponsors
  • This event will consist of several segments:
  • Keynote speakers – focusing on major industry trends and challenges
  • Industry related technical talks - hosted by members of the abovementioned stakeholder groups
  • Expo-style mini-booths - where the sponsors can promote their innovative solutions for the Industrial Refrigeration industry
  • Networking events - including sponsored coffee breaks, working lunches, and a gala networking dinner on the evening of the 6th of June 2024.
