What are the future refrigerant choices for small industrial applications?

Two papers were presented. Rob Lamb discussed "Refrigerant choices for the future - small scale industrial refrigeration." This paper looks to provide an insight into the refrigerant options available with the aim of aiding end users and contractors in selecting the optimum refrigerant for their application. David Everington looked at the "History of food freezing engineering in the UK." The paper deals with the technology involved in the development of food freezing plants from 1954, the year when Lyons first introduced retail frozen foods in the UK, up to the present day.
