EuroShop 2026

In February 2026, EuroShop – The World’s No. 1 Retail Trade Fair – will celebrate its 60th anniversary in Düsseldorf, Germany with a “Global Retail Festival”. From 22 to 26 February 2026, the trade fair will bring the international retail world together for the 22nd time, with around 1,900 exhibitors from over 60 nations expected on more than 100,000 net square metres (approx. 1,076,000 sq ft) across 14 exhibition halls. Despite stalled implementation of the EU Green Deal and debates about weakening regulatory requirements, sustainability remains a central theme for exhibitors, particularly in the areas of food service equipment, retail technology, refrigeration & energy management, and expo & event.

EuroShop 2026 will again be structured into seven experience dimensions, reflecting the disciplines shaping the future of retail. The Shopfitting & Store Design dimension forms the centrepiece, with around 450 exhibitors showcasing their solutions on over 27,000 square metres (approx. 290,600 sq ft), while the Refrigeration & Energy Management area will cover more than 25,000 square metres (approx. 269,100 sq ft), underlining demand for energy-efficient technologies, sustainable refrigeration and booming retail gastronomy. Further dimensions include Lighting, Expo & Event Marketing, EuroCIS (Retail Technology) with over 550 exhibitors, and Retail Marketing, complemented by guided innovation tours on topics such as sustainable materials and store design, retail tech innovation, energy management & optimisation and food service innovations, as well as new store tours in Düsseldorf.
