Acquired by Constellation in August 2024, Agri-Norcold has been a key player in Denmark’s cold storage industry since its establishment in 1964. The rebranding reflects Constellation’s strategy to unify its operations under a common brand while maintaining strong local expertise.

Constellation Cold Logistics manages approximately 1 million pallet positions across eight European countries, offering temperature-controlled storage and logistics solutions. The company is backed by EQT Partners, a global investment firm with a focus on ESG and sustainability.
