Manchester-based Courier Express Refrigerated Transport has updated its fleet with two high performance Carrier Transicold Supra 850 MT (multi-temperature) units mounted to 18-tonners, to support the company’s temperature-critical pharmaceutical and foodservice deliveries. Courier Express has been specifying Carrier Transicold units across its entire heavy goods vehicle fleet since its founding 16 years ago. The Supra 850 MT units – fitted to bespoke-built Gray & Adams rigid bodies on IVECO Eurocargo chassis – are like-for-like replacements for older units that had provided the company with exceptional performance and reliability over a long life.

Working on multi-drop delivery routes across the UK, each vehicle will be in operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is expected to clock up around 140,000 kilometres per year. With its consistent performance, the Supra 850 MT unit is the ideal choice for high intensity delivery schedules.
