GCCA Announces Additions to Executive Team

The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) has announced key updates to its executive team, including two new appointments and one promotion. Sara Stickler, GCCA President & CEO, shared the news, emphasizing the impact these leaders will have on the organization’s mission and strategy.

Lindsay Shelton Gross joins GCCA as Senior Vice President, Global Communications, Marketing, and Strategic Initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in communications, membership development, marketing, and external relations, Gross is expected to drive a global communication strategy for GCCA. “Lindsay will bring a new strategy to our GCCA communications and drive a global voice for our membership and the cold chain industry,” said Stickler.

Robyn Kilrain has been named Vice President, People, Culture, and Workforce. With over two decades of experience in human resources, change management, and leadership, Kilrain will oversee HR functions and help foster a culture of growth within the organization. “Robyn will be a critical part of our organizational development and change management initiatives at GCCA and will drive an employee and member-oriented culture for growth and effectiveness,” Stickler commented.

Shane Brennan has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Strategy, Partnerships, and Policy. In this expanded role, Brennan will focus on aligning organizational priorities, fostering partnerships, and advancing policy initiatives. “As a continued member of the executive team, Shane’s strategic approach will help align organizational priorities to overall content, messaging, and policy development, ensuring a unified approach to our work across the Alliance,” said Stickler.

Stickler expressed enthusiasm for the new appointments and Brennan’s promotion, stating, “I am thrilled to welcome both Lindsay and Robyn to GCCA, complementing our incredible team. Their experience, leadership, and skillsets will have immediate impact on the organization and will strengthen the value GCCA provides to our members and the industry. I look forward to working with Shane in his new role as we engage with diverse stakeholders around the globe on long-term strategy and policy priorities.”

These changes aim to enhance GCCA’s ability to serve its members and advance the cold chain industry's development on a global scale.
