Lineage Expands in Western Australia with Fremantle City Coldstores Acquisition

Lineage, the world's largest temperature-controlled warehouse REIT listed on NASDAQ as LINE, has announced the acquisition of Fremantle City Coldstores (FCC) in Western Australia. This move strengthens Lineage's presence in the region as part of its strategic growth plan for Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

With nearly 42,000 cubic meters of space and more than 8,000 pallet positions, FCC enhances Lineage's cold storage capabilities in Western Australia, complementing the existing facility in Perth. The proximity to Fremantle Port, Western Australia's largest general cargo hub, enhances customer service, offering efficient solutions.

FCC specializes in serving meat and seafood clients with six blast cells and a rooftop solar capacity that supports its operations. Now part of a network that includes 15 facilities across Australia, FCC's inclusion marks a significant expansion for Lineage in the region.
