Marshall Fleet Solutions demonstrates continued dedication to excellence with Blue Track Dealer Status

Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS) has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence in the refrigeration industry by attaining Thermo King’s Blue Track Dealer Status for the third consecutive year. This recognition is a testament to MFS’ unwavering dedication to top-tier, quality service for its customers.

Achieving Blue Track Dealer status is challenging, it requires scores of over 80% in three key categories all representing adherence to quality standards, outstanding performance and continuous pursuit of innovation. In addition to upholding quality engineering standards this accreditation assures customers that MFS is customer-centric, proactive and transparent when communicating about their fleet’s repairs, installations and servicing.

Earning the Blue Track Dealer status isn't merely a badge of approval from Thermo King; it signifies MFS's role as an extraordinary leader, establishing the benchmark for excellence and dependability in the industry. As the refrigerated transport sector progresses, MFS remains a beacon of speed, integrity, and adaptability, ensuring our customers stay on the road. This agility is paramount in supporting our customers' operations, allowing them to maximise the uptime of their refrigerated fleets.

Managing Director Mark Howell commented: “This is a great triumph for team MFS. It is a true testament to the fact we put our customers first every step of the way. Securing Blue Track Dealer status again, reinforces the message to our customers that when they’re dealing with MFS they’re dealing with the very best.”

Maintaining this status through continued hard work and exceeding customer expectations solidifies MFS’ standing as a trusted, dependable dealer and service provider, positioning it as a frontrunner in the Thermo King network.
