Seafrigo has initiated the construction of a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in Le Havre, France, marking a significant expansion of its logistics capabilities. This new facility underscores Seafrigo's commitment to enhancing its operations in its hometown, leveraging Le Havre's strategic location for logistics and transportation.

The advanced warehouse, spanning 9,200 square meters, is designed to offer substantial storage with capacity for up to 30,000 pallet positions. This capacity allows Seafrigo to efficiently manage and distribute a wide assortment of food products, ranging from seafood, meat, and poultry to fruits, vegetables, and bakery items. The facility's design facilitates the combination of different transport modes, optimizing the supply chain for various perishable goods and ensuring the freshness and quality of products are maintained from storage to delivery.

Scheduled to open in early 2025, this new cold storage facility represents an essential enhancement to Seafrigo's infrastructure, aiming to meet the growing demand for efficient food logistics. Once operational, it will boost the company’s ability to serve international markets, offering more streamlined logistics operations and reinforcing its position as a leader in the cold chain logistics industry.

By investing in this cutting-edge facility, Seafrigo demonstrates its dedication to technological advancement and sustainability in logistics, positioning itself for future growth amidst evolving market needs.
