Seafrigo Group acquires PML in London

Seafrigo Group has completed the acquisition of the shares of PML – Perishable Movements Limited (PML) in the United Kingdom. The company is a leading specialist in the movement of perishable goods and operates from three locations in the UK.

"Effective 10th July 2023, the PML office network and some 170 employees will join the Seafrigo Group network and provide us with a platform for further investment and growth in the region. Over the coming months, all PML locations will operate using a new co-branding with a view to eventually becoming Seafrigo facilities as part of our Group.
Under the leadership of our Regional CEO, Jason Knox, Mike Parr and all his team from PML are being welcomed on board to our Group and will report to Jason", - said in company.
