Ti Cold and Agile Cold Storage are collaborating on a new cold storage facility in West Seneca, NY, near Buffalo. Following successful projects in Macon, Georgia, and Pearl River, LA, this marks their third joint venture.
"We are thrilled to work with Agile on another project," said Sam Tippmann, President of Ti Cold. "Their growth has been incredible, and we are honored to be part of it."
The upcoming 132,865-square-foot facility will feature a 65-foot clear, single very narrow aisle (VNA) design, capable of maintaining temperatures from 40 to minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit. It will include an eco-friendly, low-charge ammonia system and structural steel pallet racks for around 20,000 pallet positions.
Construction begins this month, with completion expected in 2025. Located strategically near the Canadian border, the facility enhances Ti Cold's portfolio and supports Agile Cold Storage's expansion.
