Ti Cold completes Central Cold facility in Conway, Arkansas

Ti Cold has announced the opening of the Central Cold facility in Conway, Arkansas, following a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by community members and local officials.

The facility spans more than 135,000 square feet and includes over 19,800 pallet positions, with a 50-foot clear height and temperature capabilities ranging from 40°F to -20°F (4.4°C to -28.9°C). Located 31 miles north of Little Rock with access to I-40, the site is positioned to support regional producers, processors, and suppliers with temperature-controlled storage needs.

Central Cold is expected to support up to 200 jobs and is aimed at strengthening logistics and economic activity in the region. The project was developed in partnership with local business leaders Shane and Susan Dickson.

“We’re incredibly proud of what this facility represents,” said Rob Adams, Executive Vice President of Ti Cold. “Not only does it address the need for cold storage in the region, but it also embodies the spirit of hard work, vision, and commitment that Shane and Susan Dickson bring to the community.”

The facility has secured commitments from major customers, including Westrock Coffee Company, which operates a $315 million, 570,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Conway.

“This 135,000-square-foot cold storage capacity provides not only Westrock with the infrastructure needed to meet growing demand for refrigerated beverages but also offers the region a strategically located asset for the U.S. market,” said Will Ford, Chief Operating Officer at Westrock Coffee. “We’re grateful to our partners and the Conway community for helping bring this vision to life.”

“We’ve planted deep roots here through other thriving businesses, and we’re excited to see this addition complement and strengthen the local economy,” added Shane Dickson, President and CEO of Central Cold.
