Transports Dauphin Boosts Efficiency with Carrier Transicold's Vector HE 17

Transports Dauphin has optimized its refrigerated transport operations by integrating Carrier Transicold's Vector® HE 17 units into its fleet. Since January 2024, this innovative technology has delivered significant fuel savings and enhanced service reliability for the French company.

Founder Arnaud Dauphin highlighted immediate benefits, stating, "We saw reduced fuel consumption, quieter operation, and flawless reliability." The reduced noise level has also been well-received by drivers, enhancing their delivery experience.

The Vector HE 17's all-electric E-Drive technology and variable compressor speed system have cut fuel use by 25% compared to previous models, aligning with the company's eco-friendly goals. It ensures precise temperature control, maintaining the freshness of transported goods across regions, including the Grand Est and Northern France.

Carrier Transicold's Lynx Fleet telematics solution further improves fleet management by offering real-time tracking and temperature monitoring, boosting service quality and customer confidence.

To complement the two Vector HE 17 units, Transports Dauphin has secured a BluEdge service contract for extended warranty coverage, allowing the company to focus on core operations with peace of mind.
