EVAPCO announced a wholly owned manufacturing facility in Pune, India, creating a local production base for its heat transfer products and expanding its manufacturing footprint in Asia Pacific. The facility is intended to support regional demand while shortening lead times and improving supply-chain efficiency for customers across Asia-Pacific markets.
Located in the Chakan industrial hub in Pune, the facility will manufacture EVAPCO heat transfer products for customers in the region. Local production places manufacturing closer to target markets, with the aim of enabling faster order fulfillment, regional manufacturing support and more reliable product delivery.
Products manufactured at the Pune site will follow EVAPCO’s global engineering specifications and quality-control protocols. The facility will apply the same engineering and production requirements used across the manufacturer’s other operations, providing customers in Asia Pacific with locally produced equipment based on its established product standards.
The new operation will also provide local access to EVAPCO’s complete product portfolio and technical assistance. EVAPCO identifies reduced supply-chain risk, shorter lead times and regional support among the main customer benefits associated with the Indian manufacturing base.
The Pune facility expands EVAPCO’s regional production capacity as demand for its heat transfer products grows across Asia Pacific. Its wholly owned structure gives EVAPCO a dedicated manufacturing presence in India while adding another production point to support customers throughout the region.
