AIIR partners with HavTech to distribute HVAC systems in U.S. Mid-Atlantic

AIIR Products, a provider of AI-powered heating and cooling systems, has announced a strategic partnership with HavTech, a major HVAC solutions supplier in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region. The collaboration aims to broaden the availability of AIIR’s HVAC technology to commercial developers, architects, and engineers in Western Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

AIIR’s platform eliminates the need for traditional air handlers and dedicated HVAC closets, offering compact units that adapt in real-time to environmental inputs and occupant behavior. According to the company, this can lead to energy efficiency improvements of up to 30% compared to conventional systems, while also freeing up interior space and simplifying installation.

HavTech will promote AIIR’s systems across various building types, including student housing, senior living, multifamily residential, and hospitality projects. The company plans to use its regional network to introduce the solution to a wider market focused on sustainability and design flexibility.

"Partnering with HavTech marks a major milestone in our mission to reimagine HVAC with smarter, more adaptable solutions," said Trevor Schick, President of AIIR.

Larry Manross, Equipment Sales Director at HavTech, added: "AIIR brings a fresh approach to HVAC that aligns with what our clients are asking for, which is cleaner air, lower energy use, and more flexibility in how they design their spaces."
