Air2O Expands Phoenix Facility Fivefold to Meet HVACD Market Growth

New 186,000 sq. ft. site to support data center, semiconductor, and battery sector demand.

Air2O announced the upcoming opening of its new 186,000 sq. ft. (approx. 17,280 m²) manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, scheduled to be operational in fall 2025. The facility increases Air2O’s U.S. footprint fivefold and is intended to support growing demand for its advanced HVACD solutions across mission-critical sectors such as data centers, semiconductor and lithium-ion battery manufacturing.

The expanded facility at 1300 W Alameda Rd. includes dedicated areas for assembly, welding, tailored electrical panel production, R&D, and product testing. Additional warehousing capacity is designed to improve raw material storage and inventory management. Office space, a new showroom, and enhanced employee amenities are also part of the development.

Air2O expects to hire over 200 employees through 2026 to support production of products including the Air2O Wall for evaporative cooling in data centers, dual voltage Liquid Load Banks for liquid cooling systems, and desiccant dehumidification systems for low dew point control in battery manufacturing. The facility will also support clean room air handling unit production for the semiconductor sector.

“By harnessing advanced, sustainable technologies and offering fully customized solutions, Air2O empowers industries to overcome even the toughest environmental challenges efficiently and cost-effectively,” said Mike Sullivan, CEO, Air2O. “Our expanded facility not only strengthens our ability to deliver next-generation thermal management solutions, but it also enables us to support our customers more effectively, providing faster response times, greater flexibility, and the highest level of service.”

The expansion reinforces Air2O’s role in Arizona’s growing advanced manufacturing ecosystem and strengthens its capability to deliver energy-efficient and high-precision thermal management systems globally.
