AREA Vision 2025

The cooling sector is vital for modern life: it is necessary to preserve the quality of our food and medicines, it provides indoor air comfort and is necessary to maintain data-centres running and industrial processes. The industry is evolving quickly and faces a series of challenges with rapid digitalisation, need for qualified personnel and climate change adaptation.

With this background, AREA will present its Vision 2025 during a cocktail reception where we will elaborate on how our industry plans to address these societal challenges during the next 5 years and beyond.

The launch will include short addresses by:

  • Mr. Marco Buoni, AREA President
  • Mrs. Bente Transholm-Schwarz, Deputy Head of Unit DG CLIMA
  • Mr. Carlo Fidanza, Member of the European Parliament

Join us on Thursday, 10 October 2019 at 18.00 at the Residence Palace in Brussels
