The Board of Directors of AICVF (Association of Engineers and Technicians in HVAC and Refrigeration) has appointed Aristide Belli as President, effective January 1, 2026.
With over 25 years of experience in the building and HVAC sectors, Belli has built a career focused on energy performance, installation quality, and environmental transition. He spent more than 15 years at TotalEnergies and currently serves as a court-appointed expert for the Versailles Court of Appeal, specializing in thermal systems and sustainable development.
Belli is also the founder of WBP AUDIT, an accredited inspection body based in Yvelines, recognized by COFRAC for its work in the French Energy Savings Certificates (CEE) scheme.
As President, Belli will continue AICVF’s mission to support scientific and technical development in HVAC sectors, promote indoor climate management, and contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and member engagement across its network.
“This election is a great honor. AICVF has played a key role for more than a century in sharing knowledge, ensuring technical excellence, and guiding the evolution of our sector. I aim to work collectively with members, regional groups, and partners to further strengthen its value in serving the public interest, energy performance, and indoor environmental quality,” said Aristide Belli, President of AICVF.
