Arneg Group, an international leader in commercial refrigeration, has announced the acquisition of Frigomeccanica S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of refrigerated display furnishings and components for food retail and hospitality sectors.
Based in the province of Teramo, Frigomeccanica operates globally through the brands Frigomeccanica, Stiltek, Officine 900, and Sifa. The company supplies equipment for ice cream parlours, pastry shops, bakeries, bars, and food retail outlets.
This acquisition expands Arneg’s product offering in the gelato, pastry, and café segments. According to the company, both groups share a common focus on craftsmanship, Italian manufacturing heritage, and long-term innovation.
