Arneg Oceania and Contract Refrigeration, in the year that marks the 25th anniversary of both companies, have successfully concluded an agreement for the ownership of 100% by Arneg Oceania, with the aim of joining forces to offer more complete and advanced solutions.
The development of a synergic activity, based on the sharing of respective industry expertise and a common customer base, will allow the development of a better service offering and therefore the strengthening of customer relationships.
Arneg Oceania, part of the Arneg Group, has been operating in Australia since 1996 as a key partner for large chains and independent supermarkets. The wide range of constantly evolving refrigerated display cabinets and racks, capable of responding effectively to the climatic requirements of the Australian environment, pays particular attention to power consumption reduction, natural refrigerants and display efficiencies.
Contract Refrigeration has been a leading contractor in commercial and supermarket refrigeration. With a highly qualified team of technicians, designers and engineers, it has been operating in the sector for decades, offering its wealth of knowledge and experience.
The new structure will see the founding shareholders and employees of Contract Refrigeration fully confirm their roles, in a new partnership with the Arneg team.
