In one of the most evocative plateaus of Italy, there is the Migross supermarket in Asiago, a true jewel of 1500 square meters of genuineness and local territoriality.

The store has chosen Arneg as partner for commercial refrigeration for its ambitious restyling project. Objective of the store’s renewal: to propose a layout that can guarantee both the freshness of local products and, at the same time, a design in line with the local territory thanks to linear solutions and lightwood finishes.
Arneg has won the challenge supplying the store with its best solutions: LONDON 3, the serve-over counter suitable - with its various versions- for displaying meat, cheese, pastry and bakery products; LISBONA 2, the vertical cabinet designed for fruit, vegetables and fresh products; LOSANNA 2, the rear service cabinet used for displaying cheese and cold cuts; the PELICAN combined cabinet and the TORONTO closed island used to store frozen products; and finally the RODI and SENDAI islands and the VELDEN semi-vertical suitable for displaying both special and take-away products.
Last but not least, Arneg has supplied the supermarket with the CO2 subcritical MPC refrigeration system, installed to guarantee energy efficiency and respect for the environment.
The revamped store offers many new local products such as a wide range of bread, pizza, pastries, cakes and a specific dairy area where local customers and tourists can buy the best cheeses made with 100% Italian milk from the Asiago plateau.
There are no more doubts. Visiting the new Migross store in Asiago can be an unconventional way to learn about the gastronomy and the long tradition of one of the most beautiful plateaus of Italy.
