Assemblin Caverion Group reported its 2025 annual and sustainability results, highlighting growth in technical services, including cooling solutions for data centers and industrial applications. The year marked the first full reporting period after the combination of Assemblin and Caverion, with continued integration and expansion across Northern Europe.
Group revenue reached SEK 41.1 billion (EUR 3.7 billion), while adjusted EBITA increased to SEK 3,238 million (EUR 293 million), with a margin of 7.9%. Order intake totaled SEK 43.4 billion, and order backlog stood at SEK 31.5 billion at year-end.
In the cooling and refrigeration segment, the company reported multiple projects in data center infrastructure, where ventilation and cooling systems play a significant role in overall energy consumption. In Finland, Caverion signed contracts covering electrical installations, cooling, heat recovery, ventilation, and fire safety for data center expansions. One completed project reached a total capacity of 75 MW and included solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact.
The company also expanded its capabilities through acquisitions. In 2025, Assemblin Caverion Group completed 17 acquisitions, including the maintenance business of Johnson Controls Finland related to industrial refrigeration. The total annual revenue of acquired companies amounted to SEK 744 million, with 302 employees.
Service and maintenance activities accounted for 59% of total revenue, including maintenance of cooling systems alongside electrical, heating, sanitation, security, and ventilation systems. The company emphasized lifecycle services and energy efficiency as key drivers, particularly in industrial sites and infrastructure.
“2025 was a pivotal year for us as it was the first normalized full year as Assemblin Caverion Group, with full focus on core operations, capturing commercial, operational and financial opportunities,” said Jacob Götzsche, Group CEO.
