Automated Logic, a leading provider of innovative building-management solutions, has acquired Logical Electrical Solutions Pty Ltd and Logical Service Solutions Pty Ltd (collectively “Logical Electrical & Service Solutions”), the independent Automated Logic controls contractor operating in the Australian Capital Territory.
The acquisition expands Automated Logic’s footprint in building automation and controls in Australia. Logical Electrical & Service Solutions is a leading solutions provider of automated building controls and is at the forefront of integrated, cost-effective building energy solutions to make buildings run smarter, more efficiently, and economically using building management system services. Logical Electrical & Service Solutions will operate as part of Automated Logic Australia Pty Limited.
