Axiom Cloud launches AI-driven portal for refrigeration issue management

Axiom Cloud has introduced its next-generation Customer Web Portal, an AI-powered platform designed to help retail grocery and cold storage operators manage refrigeration issues more efficiently. The portal streamlines the process of diagnosing, prioritizing, dispatching, and documenting issues like refrigerant leaks, while integrating with existing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Refrigerant Tracking Systems (RTS).

The solution addresses a common industry challenge where thousands of temperature alarms are generated monthly, yet most are ignored due to high volume and lack of actionable insights. Traditionally, alarms must be translated into work orders and properly documented across multiple systems, often requiring manual data entry to remain compliant with regulations related to refrigerant leak management.

Axiom’s new platform integrates with existing infrastructure to convert real-time sensor data into prioritized maintenance actions. Users can identify which anomalies can be resolved remotely and batch remaining issues into optimized site visit plans. The system also provides live status updates, one-click access to site data, and automated export to CMMS and RTS platforms.

In the first half of 2025, Axiom reported a 71% timely resolution rate for AI-diagnosed anomalies across its customer base, with a portion resolved without technician dispatch. The platform is designed to reduce emergency calls and overtime costs, while improving technician efficiency and reducing burnout.

The portal’s 'Recommended Batching and Prioritization' feature translates data into actionable maintenance plans, complete with geographic routing and live sensor data. CMMS integration includes auto-generated work orders with urgency rankings, root cause analysis, visual evidence, and clear repair instructions to improve first-time fix rates.

For refrigerant leak compliance, the platform includes Automatic Leak Detection (ALD), automatic service call dispatch, and automated data export to RTS systems. It supports EPA, CARB, NY RMP, and other regulatory reporting, aiming to help operators avoid significant penalties for compliance failures.

“Our customers needed help prioritizing what matters most and seamless integration with workflows that they already rely on,” said Amrit Robbins, CEO of Axiom Cloud. “This next-generation customer web portal delivers both without requiring customers to replace any existing infrastructure.”
