Sweden-based Beijer Ref has acquired Key Refrigeration Supply and Dennis Supply Company, two HVAC/R wholesale distributors operating in the U.S. market. The acquisitions add a combined annual turnover of approximately SEK 800 million (approx. USD 73 million) to the group's portfolio.
Key Refrigeration Supply, established in 1999 and based in North Kansas City, Missouri, operates six branches in Kansas and Missouri. The acquisition is set to reinforce Beijer Ref’s presence in these existing regional markets.
Dennis Supply Company, founded in 1935 and headquartered in Sioux City, Iowa, runs 13 branches across Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming. This transaction marks an expansion into new geographic areas for Beijer Ref in the central U.S.
Both companies will retain their existing brands and management teams. Beijer Ref highlighted the companies' strong operational experience and long-standing customer relationships as key assets in the acquisitions.

The acquisitions are expected to have a minor positive impact on the group’s financial results.
