Beijer Ref makes two new acquisitions in Oceania

Beijer Ref makes two new acquisitions in Oceania

Beijer Ref has signed two new agreements to acquire Clima Solutions, an HVAC supplier based in Auckland, New Zealand, and Patton Albury, an HVAC/R wholesaler based in Albury, Australia.

Clima Solutions is a distributor that provides chillers, associated equipment and industrial applications to the HVAC market. Through their local engineering and design expertise Clima Solutions offers efficient and eco-friendly solutions that are optimized for different types of low-GWP refrigerants. With over 17 years of experience in the market, Clima Solutions has an impressive work history that includes airports, hospitals, hotels and office buildings. Their annual sales amount to approximately SEK 35 million. Clima Solutions will be integrated into Beijer Ref New Zealand’s current organization.

Beijer Ref is also pleased to announce that they have concluded the acquisition of the outstanding shares (40%) of Patton Albury. Patton Albury offers a wide assortment of high performance and energy efficient products. Their annual sales amount to approximately SEK 30 million and the company will be integrated into Beijer Ref Australia’s current organization.

Both acquisitions will have a minor impact on the Beijer Ref Group’s result and position.

Christopher Norbye, CEO Beijer Ref, comments:

“I am delighted to welcome Clima Solutions and Patton Albury to the Beijer Ref Group. There are strong synergies between Clima Solutions and Beijer Ref New Zealand. With a solid order book already in place for 2022, we look forward to further accelerate and expand their business. Also, it feels great to have completed the acquisition of Patton Albury. They have a dedicated team with extensive knowledge within the HVAC/R market. The combination of these two acquisitions further expands our portfolio in Oceania and presents great opportunities for our customers.”
