Bitzer Handles Cutting Model To The Test And Further Education Center Heat Pumps And Cold Technology In Stutensee At Karlsruhe

The test and development center Heat Pumps and Cooling Technology (TWK) in Stutensee near Karlsruhe trains specialists in the fields of refrigeration, vehicle climate technology and heat pumps. This important task is supported by the specialist for refrigerant compressor BITZER as well as its international training and education center SCHAUFLER Academy and is now the proud owner of a cutting model of the screw compressor CSH65. With the delivery of this cutting model, the SCHAUFLER Academy is committed to the TWK's continuing education program. The test and development center is a facility of the Valerius-Füner Foundation at Karlsruhe University, sponsored by THE SCHAUFLER FOUNDATION. The longtime BITZER company owner Senator h. C. Peter Schaufler founded THE SCHAUFLER FOUNDATION to ensure his life's work: bringing together entrepreneurship with science, research and art. Volker Stamer, Director of the SCHAUFLER Academy, sees the Karlsruhe training center as an important cooperation partner: "We are delighted to support the TWK with visual material and to work together hand in hand. We are pleased to provide a model of the BITZER compact screw compressor CSH65, which is used in many areas of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology. "This valuable collaboration is also appreciated by the TWK and named the new construction of the test and training center in Karlsruhe last year In honor of the longtime BITZER company owner and sponsor of the Valerius-Füner-Stiftung Senator hc Peter Schaufler "Building Peter Schaufler". The good reputation of Karlsruhe as one of the refrigeration centers in Germany dates back to 1925 when Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rudolf Plank established refrigeration technology at Karlsruhe University of Technology and founded the world's first refrigeration institute in 1926. Today, about 40 basic, advanced and special courses are offered at the TWK, plus numerous company training courses. Rainer Burger and Michael Stalter, Managing Director of TWK GmbH, are pleased with BITZER's ongoing commitment: "The screw compressor model is a great addition to our range - we would like to thank BITZER and THE SCHAUFLER FOUNDATION for this." Rottenburg-Ergenzingen is increasingly turning into an important cooling technology attraction. Since its inauguration in February 2016, the SCHAUFLER Academy has made an important contribution to the further training of specialists from the international refrigeration and air conditioning industry by enabling application-oriented training under real system conditions. Within one year, 146 trainings and events, 6068 guests as well as 3625 customer visits were booked. In addition to the tried and tested courses on CO2, hydrocarbons and ammonia, the international training and training center also offers inverter training as well as HFO training courses.   Read More
