Björn Donners Appointed Managing Director of CAREL Deutschland GmbH

CAREL Deutschland GmbH has announced a leadership change, with Björn Donners assuming the role of Managing Director as of 1 January 2025. Donners, who has been with the company for over 12 years, previously served as HVAC Sales Manager and has played a key role in the success of the Group’s German subsidiary. His expertise and commitment will drive the company's future development.

Frank Lauer, the outgoing Managing Director and one of the subsidiary’s first employees since its founding in 1996, will continue to support the company. He will focus on optimising commercial functions and ensuring a smooth leadership transition. His role will include enhancing existing structures and introducing new initiatives to support the long-term sustainability of CAREL Deutschland GmbH.

"It has been a great pleasure and an honour to work with our customers, partners, and colleagues. The trust-based and successful collaboration of recent years has been of immense personal importance to me. I would like to thank everyone for their trust and commitment. The long-standing partnerships with our customers remain a key priority for both myself and the entire team, and I am confident that under Björn Donners’ new leadership, these relationships will be further strengthened and successfully developed," said Lauer.

CAREL Deutschland GmbH remains committed to providing innovative HVAC/R solutions and is available to address any questions from customers and partners regarding the leadership transition.
