CAREL appoints new managing directors for SENVA Inc. and CFM

CAREL has announced new leadership appointments at its Group companies SENVA Inc. and CFM. Effective 1 May 2025, Roberto Sandano has become Managing Director of SENVA Inc., while Maurizio Pennetti assumed the role of Managing Director of CFM on 5 May 2025.

SENVA Inc., based in Beaverton, Oregon, was acquired by CAREL in 2022. The company specializes in advanced sensor solutions for HVAC applications. Sandano brings previous experience from within the CAREL Group, where he served in roles including Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer HVAC.

CFM is CAREL’s Turkish subsidiary. Pennetti has led several Italian companies in the mechanical and industrial sectors operating in Turkey. His appointment supports CFM’s plan to strengthen its local structure and consolidate its position in the regional market.

CAREL stated that these appointments support the Group’s international growth strategy and are aimed at achieving strategic objectives in key markets.
