CAREL awarded for best capital market strategy by Equita, Bocconi University and Borsa Italiana

The CAREL Group has received the “Prize for best capital market strategy” in the Raising capital on the stock market".

The award was presented by Equita Group, an independent Italian investment bank with over 45 years’ experience, under the patronage of Bocconi University and Borsa Italiana (the Italian stock exchange), and highlights in particular the innovation, development and response from the market in CAREL’s listing on the Mercato Telematico Azionario, STAR segment, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, completed in June last year. This award recognises the originality and effectiveness of the operations carried out on the capital market, as a lever for the company’s expansion and development.

The award was decided by a panel of 16 members, chaired and coordinated by Francesco Perilli, Chairman of Equita Group, and made up of authoritative and recognised professionals from the world of business, finance and the institutions, who expressed an independent and multidisciplinary judgement on the different aspects of the operations examined.

“We are extremely satisfied with this recognition”, commented CAREL’s CEO, Francesco Nalini. “Last year we completed the process of listing the company on the stock exchange, an important step in the history of our group. To have such highly-reputed professionals in the Italian economic and financial sector recognise the originality of our IPO is something we can be proud of, but is also an incentive to continue in the direction we have undertaken”.
