Carrier and Goodman Manufacturing Co., L.P. are pleased to announce a settlement of Carrier’s patent infringement lawsuit against Goodman, and Goodman’s counterclaims, concerning Carrier’s Infinity technology, which automatically configures heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to work together upon installation.
