Castel has officially become an Ordinary Member of ASERCOM, the Association of European Refrigeration Component Manufacturers. Previously an Associated Member, Castel’s new status strengthens its role in the European refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
ASERCOM brings together manufacturers to tackle scientific and technical issues, promoting common standards for performance evaluation, testing, and product safety. The association also advocates for energy efficiency improvements and environmental protection across the industry.
By becoming an Ordinary Member, Castel gains greater access to ASERCOM’s technical forums, position papers, and certification programs. The company also brings its own technical expertise to the association, contributing to the development of international standards and sustainable refrigeration technologies.
“This step allows us to more actively support ASERCOM’s goals and help address the challenges ahead,” said Castel CEO Michele Roda. “We are deeply honored to be welcomed into the ASERCOM family.”
Marco Masini, President of ASERCOM, added: “We warmly welcome Castel as an Ordinary Member. Their experience and dedication will be invaluable to our efforts.”
This move highlights Castel’s commitment to collaboration and innovation within the refrigeration and air conditioning sector, with a focus on technological advancement and sustainability.
