Caverion Germany Acquires Ventilation and Cooling Specialist

Caverion Germany has acquired Kees Klima- und Kältetechnik GmbH, a company focused on ventilation and cooling solutions in northwestern Germany. The acquisition strengthens Caverion Germany’s capabilities in cooling and climate technology.

Kees has approximately 40 employees and reported total annual revenue of EUR 6.1 million in 2025 [approx. USD 6.6 million]. The company specialises in ventilation, cooling, process, measurement and automation technology.

Closing of the transaction is estimated to take place at the end of May 2026. Ulf Nickel will remain CEO of Kees together with Jörg Ruhländer.

“Our growth focus includes, among other areas, cooling and climate technology. Kees is a strategic addition to our portfolio in this field. The company has a particularly valuable customer base, especially in the industrial sector,” says Manfred Simmet, CEO Germany, EVP. “Kees has grown sustainably and profitably in recent years. With Caverion as our new owner, we are ideally positioned to continue this development,” says Ulf Nickel.
