Consumers Turn to ARC's 'Look for the Tick' Campaign

The Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) is seeing significant consumer engagement with its 'Look for the Tick' digital marketing campaign, aimed at promoting licensed practitioners in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Launched on October 1, the campaign encourages consumers to choose licensed professionals for installation, servicing, and decommissioning.

The previous year's campaign generated over 200,000 contacts, and early indications suggest that this year's effort is off to a strong start.  Many consumers are accessing free air conditioning guides from the Look for the Tick website.

Sydney leads in consumer interaction, followed by Melbourne and Brisbane. With a potentially hot summer forecasted, even greater engagement is anticipated. The campaign's audience shows a slight male predominance at 57% and increasing interest from younger consumers, particularly those aged 25-34.

Running until the end of March, the 'Look for the Tick' campaign continues to emphasize the value of using certified professionals in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
