CoolKit has won the prestigious title of Refrigerated Panel Van Of The Year at the 2017 TCS&D Awards.
The Temperature Controlled Storage & Distribution (TCS&D) Awards took place on Wednesday 13th September at the RICOH Arena in Coventry, recognising companies and individuals who have made a difference in the refrigeration industry. Within this category, the judges wanted to see consistent high quality standards linked with innovation, with value for money being also a major factor in the shortlisting criteria.
“It was excellent news to hear that we were shortlisted for the TCS&D Award.
It is important that we concentrate on the little details within our conversions that make a big difference in performance levels and durability, which allows us to stand out from the rest of the competition. This year, we have spent time and effort on our quality assurance; from the customer experience on our website and the way we handle enquiries, to building customer relationships and understanding their business requirements and keeping them updated throughout the design and manufacture of their vehicle. We have also focused on ensuring that our handover experience and the after-sales service provided reflect our high standards.
It is extremely important for us to constantly source feedback from our customers on every aspect of our business; they are the users of our products daily and they shape the way we evolve what we do.

<h3>Two Awards For CoolKit At The BIBAs 2017</h3>
CoolKit was crowned Manufacturer Of The Year and Business Of The Year at the BIBAs 2017, one of the most rigorously judged business awards in the county.
Run by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, the BIBAs is ‘the one they all want to win’. Entering these awards included much more than submitting a piece of paper and a quick chat. The shortlisting process also included face-to-face interviews with a panel of judges, selected based on their relevant experience in individual sectors, and a visit to the work premises to get a first-hand look and feel for how the business operates.
