CoolSys has acquired Georgia Air Solutions, a provider of commercial refrigeration and HVAC services. Through this acquisition, CoolSys will reinforce its market density and diversify its customer base in Georgia.

Based in Jackson, Georgia, Georgia Air Solutions provides refrigeration and HVAC services including installation, repair, and maintenance services. It serves a variety of commercial customers in its region, including grocery stores, retail chains, schools, and construction companies.
