CoolSys has acquired Agape Mechanical

CoolSys announced it has acquired Agape Mechanical, an HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing contractor based in Lakeville, Minnesota. With this acquisition, CoolSys expands its Light-Commercial Division, and broadens its Midwest presence entering six new states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois.

“The acquisition of Agape moves CoolSys further down our path of expansion with the goal of rapidly extending our coverage across the entire U.S.,” comments Adam Coffey, CEO of CoolSys. “Adding Agape to the CoolSys family of companies strengthens our presence in the Midwest region and strategically expands our Light-Commercial Division. We will also be able to offer additional CoolSys services to Agape’s customers to help them better manage the total cost of their mission-critical refrigeration and HVAC systems.”

Agape Mechanical specializes in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing services, as well as hot water hydro-scrubbing. Primarily serving customers in the light-commercial, commercial, and industrial markets, the company partners with businesses to help ensure their HVAC and refrigeration systems are operating as effectively and efficiently as possible. In addition to its repair and replacement services, it provides preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan and performance of its customers’ equipment and systems.

“We are excited to become part of the CoolSys family and leverage their resources to grow our business and offer even more value to our customers,” comments Agape President Scott Thielen. “Agape was built on providing the best technical resources in a timely manner, with an intense focus on customer satisfaction, which aligns extremely well with the CoolSys customer-centric culture.”
